Position Summary
Peter and Paul’s Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, performance-driven, and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital and social media efforts across all company brands. This role requires a strong grasp of digital platforms, marketing strategy, storytelling, and team collaboration. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital voice, increasing brand engagement, managing campaigns, and working with in-house and external teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for all initiatives requested by the VP of Sales and Marketing
- Lead and oversee the social media strategy for all byPNP accounts
- Create and manage digital marketing strategies and ad spends across Google, Meta, and Facebook platforms
- Strategically grow follower count and engagement across all social media platforms
Content Creation & Management
- Serve as copywriter for all external communications, print materials, marketing assets, blogs, and newsletters
- Brainstorm and execute social media campaigns
- Design visually appealing social media grids and profiles
- Capture or source photos and content for social media use
- Edit photos and videos, create Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikToks
- Gather and create content for websites and supply to webmaster
Team Collaboration & Oversight
- Work with graphic designer, webmaster, and PR/content manager to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Provide clear direction to Engine 8 Media team on marketing deliverables
- Coordinate with Ecommerce providers and ensure brand alignment
Advertising & Analytics
- Oversee and manage all paid and organic ad strategies
- Create targeted audiences and boosted ads
- Analyze metrics and develop strategies to optimize performance
- Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and engagement trends
External Relations & Brand Development
- Manage influencer relationships and external vendor/agency partnerships
- Assist with public/media relations including press releases
- Ensure brand presence is maintained across external websites like Wedding Wire, Event Source, etc.
- Lead future digital initiatives involving mobile apps, ecommerce, loyalty programs, customer engagement, and reviews
Tools & Support Provided
You will be supported by an in-house team consisting of:
- Graphic Designer (graphic assets, digital material setup)
- Webmaster (website and SEO support)
- Content Collector & Public Relations Manager (content sourcing, event coverage)
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years senior-level experience in Content Creation or Digital Marketing
- Minimum 3–5 years of digital media buying and strategy experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Pinterest
- Proven ability to create engaging visual content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Asset skills (not required): Photography/Videography, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
